Submit an incident
Anyone can submit. Nothing goes live automatically. An editor checks every submission against its sources, and published community entries are labelled as such.
- 1You submitWith at least one source link.
- 2An editor reviewsSources checked, fields normalised, duplicates merged.
- 3It publishesOr you hear why it did not.
What we will not publish: incidents naming private individuals as victims in a way that identifies them, unverified accusations against named people or companies, anything sourced only to social media claims, and details that would help someone run the attack rather than recognise it.
If you are reporting an incident that is still active or unpublished, contact the affected organisation and law enforcement first. This database catalogues what is already public.
